mEmOrY of a MaiDen

On a mound stands
a lonely figure
reminiscing,
longing.

In a far-off space
returns the memory
of a joyful past,
of a maiden
who cast a spell over,
conquering
the courageous heart.

The heart of steel
was melted, surrendered,
to the pleasing virgin
who soon disappeared,
vanished
in the dark evening.

Driving

Hands on the wheel
Drive up the hill
Step on the gas
Feel the adrenaline rush

Keep eyes on sight
Examine left and right
Sound the horn
Then make a turn

Passing roads and bridges
Feeling the cold breeze
Feels like flying
While other vehicles running

A foot so quick
Stepping on the brake
The yellow light flashing
The red light is coming

A glance at the rear
Vehicle comes near
Overtaking on the left
Careful not to flip

Slow or fast motion
Will arrive in a destination
There's no sense to hurry
If you'll end up to bury

Moving On

There are times that may seem to be gloomy
And appears to hide the sunny day
There are also times that seems to be stormy
And warns of the danger that is on the way

The gloomy days that we endure
Brings lesson to the human nature
And when the sun appears from the horizon
It gives us courage to keep moving on

Gloomy or sunny day is part of life’s stages
For it teaches us to be strong always
To surmount the obstacles we meet
And rise again from every defeat
