When I'm in a pensive mood

I think of the past and view the future,

Vaguely seeing the things, I ask if...

In store for me is good or bad.

Visualizing in my mind the moments in my life,

A question if what happens yesterday,

today and tomorrow is my destiny.
Looking for an answer, but never find.

Then, I skip from thinking of the future and the past,

And started to grasp the events of today and ask...

Is it a part of destiny that I met you,

Or destiny wants to play with my heart?

Whatever it may, I don’t care
But there’s one thing that's for sure...
I will never regret the events of today
And if destiny fools me, I will bear.

...if only...

If only we could reveal the secret

behind a smile, or we could unmask

what is behind the gloomy face, for

no one could predict ones feelings

and no one could dictate ones

reaction, since in the human life two

things are bound to happen; for you

may be a winner or a loser, a leader

or a follower, a giver or a taker, a

friend or a foe, a protagonist or

antagonist, a spouse or paramour,

a saint or a sinner. Life is a never

ending noun, pronoun, verb, adverb

and adjective of two things. But for

every two things that happens in our

lives, for every two things that

describes ourselves, we could not

belie that there is a thing we could

not evade, and that is our emotion,

something that reflects our feelings.

And two things always describes our

feelings; the feeling of happiness

and sadness. But how could we

distinguish sadness masquerading

as happiness? If only we could catch

the shadow of happiness and unveil

its real face. If only we could

exterminate the shadow of loneliness

pretending to be happy making fool

out of everybody’s lives…if only…

ALMOST HEAVEN

Sitting alone in a corner,
Gazing at the stars seems so near,
Wishing to be one of them,
Twinkling, shining on you, oh DEAR.

Wondering how the foot ways met,
For May and December is hard to connect,
Amidst the discerning eyes of many,
Ascend a thing that’s no longer free.

Exasperating to refuse what the eyes perceive,
Struggle of feelings trying to believe,
That fantasy and longing could be hid,
But the heart cannot be deceived.

A being in existence with charm and simplicity,
Cannot be ignored so now face the reality,
An ear so deaf to what others will say,
But cannot resist to that simple beauty.

The simple ways that cannot be ignored,
Brings glee to life that has been so bored,
Came a desire that is so forbidden,
To captivate this beauty is almost heaven.

The passing time dictates the action,
Though unbeliever of reincarnation,
But when time that lives comes to dissolution,
In the next life hoping that both will be in union.

The Chair

At the riverside, stood a dwelling,

Where the dweller is revered,

Concrete fence in its surrounding,

And everything is guarded.

Inside of it there’s a seat,

That gives power to anyone,

And everyone longs to get,

To have dominion over the land.

I wonder how it is to be,

Sitting on that piece of article,

Would you still be able to see,

The condition of the people?

Would the dweller dare to stand,

And leave the chair for awhile,

Would the occupant give a helping hand,

And leave the luxurious style?

The public possess the chair,

And nobody has the right,

To stay and abuse the power,

For the people will show their might.

my Three ANGELS

Uncertainty is what I felt before,
my concern is just the present and not the future,
At times my life seems has no direction,
and striving to find the essence of being on my own.

Then one of you came into my life,
unexplained happiness is what I felt inside,
overwhelmed by the beauty I have in sight
slowly I begin to take a diverse path.

Still drowning in a feeling of glee,
when one of you came unexpectedly.
Though it was not planned but I felt so glad,
another blessing and a gift from GOD.

Though am already pleased with the two of you,
but more gladness I felt when another one came through.
Though a little hardship was experienced,
but you brought a sense of completeness.

The three of you is my treasure,
and my promise to all of you is a better future.
I beseech guidance and pray not to fail,
and I offer my life for you MY THREE ANGELS.
